THE MUSE POLICY

  From the moment you grace our doors, you float into a haven of pure relaxation and pampering. Our goal is to pamper, indulge, and provide a safe, welcoming environment.

  • Help maintain the relaxing vibe and energy speaking in low tones and Mute all devices before entering the spa.​​

  • All clients will be required to complete a health screening form at each visit. 

  • We will strictly manage our daily schedule and limiting the number of clients in the spa.  To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will no longer allow guests or visitors.  Please plan to come to your appointment alone for your appointment. 

  • Please arrive at your appointment, "start-time." Our door is locked during services to ensure privacy and individual attention for our guests. Please softly knock when you arrive. 

  • All staff will wear protective gear during the entirety of your appointment. 

  • All clients will be required to wear a mask while in the spa common areas. 

  • First-time missed appointments will be charged 50% of the reserved service as compensation for reserved space and service provider's time. Subsequent missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the estimated service price before booking. 

  • Complimentary two-hour parking is available in front of the building, except on Tuesdays due to the Farmers Market.  The Farmers Market is held from noon to sundown.​

  • We recommend booking your appointments at least four (4) weeks in advance, or before leaving the studio, to ensure we can accommodate your preferred reservation date and time.

  • Packages cannot be redeemed towards other services or refunded gift certificates, and packages expire after 12 months.
